Every firearm follows the same disciplined four-step process, whether you walk it in or ship it from across the country.

Drop Off / Ship
Bring your firearm to our Killeen shop or mail it in from qualifying states. We provide shipping instructions.

Disassembly & Prep
Complete teardown, degrease, sandblast, and pre-heat. Proper prep is what separates lasting finishes from peeling ones.

Cerakote Application
Hand-sprayed in our climate-controlled booth by a certified applicator. Even coverage, no runs, no orange peel.

Cure & Reassembly
Oven cured to spec, reassembled, function tested, and ready for pickup or insured return shipping.
