How do I start an incoming transfer?
Email us at customdefensefirearms@gmail.com or ltran@customdefensefirearms.com with the seller's information. We'll send our FFL copy to them so they can ship.
What are your FFL transfer fees?
$45 for the first serialized item, $10 per each additional item on the same transaction, $75 for NFA transfers. Outgoing shipments are $45 service fee plus actual FedEx shipping with insurance and signature confirmation.
I'm active-duty without a Texas ID. Can I still pick up?
Yes. Bring a copy of your Active Duty Orders assigning you to Fort Hood/Texas, your Military ID, your home-state DL, and a document verifying your local address (utility bill, electric bill, car insurance, etc.).
